Soil: formed by the erosion of the rhyolite present in the volcanic soils.
Pruning technique: Cordon trained, spur pruned
Plants density: 5000 vines/hectare
Yeald per hectare: 8 t/ha (after drying will have a yield of 24 liters per 100 kg grape juice)
Grape varieties: 100% Fior d’Arancio (Orange Muscat)
Vinification: Crushing and pressing after 4 months of drying in the fruit. Long and slow fermentation in oak barrels for about 18 months.
Employed yeasts: selected Aging: 18 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle
Operations designed to stabilization of the product: Microfiltration.
Service: should be tasted at 10°C Serving suggestions: A great dessert wine; shows the best with sweet almond desserts; a must try with blue cheese.
Average production: 5.300 bottles of 0.375 lt.
