A late-harvest Muscat-based wine with an attractive musky aroma and rose-like hints.

Location: Euganean Hills, ( PD)
Average age of vines: 31 years old.
Exposition and altitude: South to 150 meters high.
Soil: Crumbly loose soil, formed by the erosion of the rhyolite present in volcanic soils.
Pruning technique: Cord spur Planting density: 4000 vines/hectare
Yield per hectare: 7 t /ha
Grape variety: 100% White Muscat
Vinification: After a withering on the vine, pressed in October; fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control, up to an alcohol content of 12,5-13°. Employed yeasts: selected
Aging: 8 months in stainless steel, then at least 8 months in bottle.
Operations designed to stabilization of the product: cold stabilization and microfiltration. Service: should be tasted at 9-10° C
Serving suggestions: A dessert wine with dry pastries, biscuit, must try with cheese.
