Pruning technique: cordon spur
Vineyard density: 4000 vines /ha
Yield per hectare: 3.0 t/ha
Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc
Vinification: fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks; 6 pumpings over a day at a controlled temperature
Finning: French oak barrel for 24 months, aging in bottles for at least 4 years.

Operations designed tostabilitzation of the product : none, loose filtration prior to bottling.
Service: should be tasted at 18°c.
