Exposition: South, 180 meter high slight slope
Soil: gravelly red and white limestone.
Pruning technique: Guyot
Planting density: 4600 vines / hectare
Yield per hectare: 5,5 t/ha
Grape variety: 100% Incrocio Manzoni
Vinification: Traditional white fermentation with a pneumatic press; controlled temperature fermentation.
Aging: 10 months in stainless steel tanks, 6 month in bottles

Operations designed to stabilization of the product: refrigeration and microfiltration
Service: should be tasted at 11°
Serving suggestions: delicious with fish dishes in general and shellfish.
